능력 있는 사역자가 되고 싶습니까? (How to Do Powerful Ministry)-영어/한글
I thinks every Christian feels they need power to do their ministry well. How can we become a powerful worker? The answer is, “Be like Jesus”. He is the most powerful person to ever walk on the earth, who changed the course of human history.
Jesus was able to become a powerful worker because he did not lead the ministry on his own, but participated in what God was already doing. He declared, The Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing, because whatever the Father does, the Son also does (John 5:19).
To conduct a powerful ministry, we should focus on God s ongoing work and join Him in it rather than striving for personal power. Instead of initiating our own ministries and seeking God s assistance later, we should simply join God, who is always working. (This is the central theme of Henry T. Blackaby s book Experiencing God .)
To pursue ministry in this manner, we must adopt Jesus mindset. His mindset was fully expressed when He prioritized His Father s will over His own while praying in the Garden of Gethsemane before His crucifixion. My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me. Yet not as I will, but as you will(Matt 26:39).
If all Christians embrace Jesus mindset (not my will, but God s will) and adopt His ministerial method (I work because the Father is working), the church might be able to replicate the success of the early Christians during the Roman Empire.

크리스천에게는 누구에게나 다 유능한 사역자가 되고 싶은 욕구가 있을 것입니다. 어떻게 하면 능력 있는 사역자가 될 수 있을까?
예수님을 닮으면 됩니다. 예수님은 인류 역사의 흐름을 바꾸어 놓으신 최고의 능력자이시기 때문입니다.
예수님이 능력자가 될 수 있었던 것은, 스스로 사역을 주도하지 않고 하나님이 일하시는 것을 보고 그 일에 동참했기 때문입니다. “아들은 아버지께서 하시는 것을 보는 대로 따라 할 뿐이요, 아무것도 마음대로 할 수 없다. 아버지께서 하시는 일은 무엇이든지, 아들도 그대로 한다 [요한복음서 5:19].”
우리는 보통 이 순서를 바꿉니다. 자신이 주도해서 일을 벌여놓고, 하나님의 도움을 청합니다. 진정으로 능력 있는 사역자가 되려면, 하나님이 어디에서 무슨 일을 하고 계시냐를 먼저 발견하고, 그 일에 동참해야 합니다. (헨리 블랙가비의 ‘하나님을 경험하는 삶’의 핵심 주제).
이렇게 하기 위해서는 선행되어야 할 마음 가짐이 있습니다. ‘내 뜻대로 마시고 아버지 뜻대로’입니다(마태 26:38). 주님께서 십자가에 달리시기 전 감람산에서 기도하신 주제입니다. 이 기도를 붙들고 예수님께서는 십자가의 죽음을 감수할 수 있으셨고, 종내는 죄와 질병과 사단과 죽음을 정복하셨습니다.
모든 성도들이 ‘내 뜻대로 마시고 아버지 뜻대로’를 소원하고, 사역을 주도하기보다 하나님이 이미 하시는 일에 적극 동참한다면, 오늘날의 교회도 초대교회처럼 세상을 뒤엎을 수 있을 것이라고 생각합니다.
