ÇÇ°ïÇϽʴϱî? (Are You Fatigued?) – ¿µ¾î/ÇѱÛ
I am 80 years old and in a pretty good physical condition. I don¡¯t have any health issues that many seniors suffer from. Unlike me, many pastors and their wives (including young ones) have health problems.
There are obviously many reasons for this, but I think fatigue is a big contributor. People don¡¯t have time to take a rest when they are tired because of their busy schedules.
I¡¯d like to suggest a way to help overcome fatigue - a power nap. I have done it for years, and I believe it¡¯s one reason that I have stayed healthy. Try this method I use.
Lie down on a yoga mat with a blindfold (blocking light from your eyes helps your rest greatly), and relax your body. Don¡¯t try to fall asleep, but just gently push away the thoughts that may come to mind. Try to empty your mind. Very often 20 minutes feels like 2 or 3 minutes, but you will feel refreshed afterwards. It¡¯s like momentarily dozing off in class just enough to feel rested.
Some people call it a cat nap, and many military and government leaders used it to compensate for their lack of sleep during wars.
I strongly recommend the power nap to all of you who have so many things to do and don¡¯t have enough time to sleep. I believe resting at the right time is the best medicine for staying healthy.

Àú´Â »ç¹«½Ç ¼ÒÆÄ µÚ¿¡ ¿ä°¡ ¸ÅÆ®¸¦ ±ò¾Æ ³õ°í, 20ºÐ ÆÄ¿ö³ÀÀ» Çß½À´Ï´Ù. Á¤½Ä ÆÄ¿ö³ÀÀÌ ¾Æ´Ï´õ¶óµµ, ÇǷΰ¨À» ´À³¢µçÁö, Ã¥ ÀÐÀ» ¶§ °°Àº ÆäÀÌÁö¸¦ ¹Ýº¹Çؼ­ ÀÐ°Ô µÇ¸é, ¸ÅÆ®¿¡ ´©¿ö 15ºÐÀÌ°í 10ºÐÀÌ°í ¾È´ë¸¦ ÇÏ°í, ¸Ó¸®¸¦ ºñ¿ì°í, ´©¿öÀÖ½À´Ï´Ù. ±×·¯¸é °­ÀÇ ¼ö°­ Áß ±ôºý Á¹´Ù ±ú´Â °Í°ú °°Àº È¿°ú¸¦ ¾ò½À´Ï´Ù. Á¤½ÅÀÌ ¸¼¾ÆÁö°í, ¸öÀÌ °³¿îÇØÁý´Ï´Ù.
