(1) The Signs of Church Division (4)
When a pastor is disqualified for his church leadership, the flock of the sheep will be scattered, and then the church will be utterly divided into two or three. If the disunion between the church leaders has an important effect upon the church division, the cause of leader's disunion, would be found out for the purpose of solving the problem.
In conclusion, judging from the statement above the separation of the church leaders is basically caused by the difference of theological thought. The disputation of the church division caused by the difference of theological thought must have an effect upon the Christian faith, and so long as the separation between the church leaders continues it will be the factor of the barrier to the church growth as well as trouble in the church.
(2) A Red Signal of the Church Division
Observing the factor of church division from the theological standpoint, the debate between Dr. Park, Hyong Yong so called a standard-bearer of the Korean Conservative theology and Dr. Kim, Jae Joon so called a pioneer of the Korean Liberal theology must be a signal of the division of Korean church. The theological collision between these two theologians(conservative and liberalist) took place because of the editorial of the Presbyterian theological reviews(Sin Hak Ji Nam) published on January, 1934.

목사가 그 지도력을 상실할 때에 양떼들이 흩어지는 혼란이 일어나며, 각기 제성격에 맞는 목자들을 따라 사분오렬되는 것이다. 그러면 교회 지도자들의 분열이 교회분열의 치명적인 쇼크가 된다면 교역자들의 분열의 원인을 캐보지 않을 수 없다.
결국, 교역자들의 분열은 위의 여러 예들을 본다 하더라도 교역자들 간의 신학적 사상의 상위점에 있다는 것을 부인할 수 없을 것이다. 신학사상의 상위점에서 도화선인 된 교회분열의 싸움은 기도교 신앙에 치명적인 타격을 주는 것이며, 이러한 분열이 계속되는 한 한국교회는 자체 내에서 진통을 겪게 되는 동시에 교회성장 발전을 저해하는 암적 요소가 되는 것이다.
(2) 교회분열의 적신호 (1)
교회분열의 요인을 신학적 입장에서 관찰할 때 한국의 보수주아 신학의 기수인 박형룡 박사와 자유주의 신학의 선구자인 김재준 교수와의 신학적 논쟁은 한국교회 분열의 적신호가 아닐 수 없다. 이 양 교수 간의 자유와 보수 두 신학의 충돌은 1934년 1월에 발표된 진학지남의 권두언을 계기로 일어 났다. ⛪️⛪️⛪️
