[A hard saying to understand] (10) (Did God make man of two kinds?)
There is a strange view that man was made of two different kinds of bodies based on the passages of Gen. 1:27 and Gen 2:7 in the Scripture: the one is a man without spirit, the other with spirit. In other words, it means twofold creation of man, because the Bible makes no mention of \"spirit\" in Gen. 1:27, but mention of \"spirit\"(the breath of life) in Gen. 2:7. But In the light of the Bible, this is quite wrong interpretation of the Bible text, because there is the mention of \"the image of God\" in the text Gen. 1:27, which has \"spirit.\" And also because the Bible says that God made men one having remnant of the spirit seeking godly offspring(Mal. 2:15). And on the basis of Reformed theology, it is also wrong view because the Reformed theology does not agree with such a double(twofold) creation of man. In fact, the record of Gen. 1:27 is general remarks according to the way of digital, while the record of Gen 2:7 is the mention of the details of substance according to the way of analogue.

성경의 창세기 1:27과 창 2:7에 근거하여 사람이 다른 두 종류의 몸으로 창조되었다고 하는 이상한 견해가 있는데, 전자는 영이 없는 사람이고 후자는 영이 있는 사람이라고 한다. 다시 말하면, 그것은 사람의 이중창조를 의미하는데, 왜냐하면 성경에 창 1:27에는 “영”(spirit)에 대한 언급이 없으나, 창 2:7에는 “영”(spirit, the breathe of life)에 대하여 언급하고 있기 때문이라고 한다. 그러나 성경에 비추어 보면, 이 주장은 성경본문에 대한 잘못된 해석인데, 왜냐하면 본문 창 1:27에서 영을 가진 “하나님의 형상”을 언급하고 있기 때문이다. 그리고 또한 성경이 하나님께서 경건한 자손을 얻기 위하여 영이 유여하실지라도 하나로 만들었다고 말씀하고 있기 때문이다(말 2:15). 그리고 개혁신학에 근거하여 그것은 역시 잘못된 견해인데, 그 이유는 개혁신학에서는 이와 같은 인간에 대한 이중창조에 동의하지 않기 때문이다. 사실, 창 1:27의 기록은 디지털 방식에 따른 총론적 선언인 반면에 창 2:7은 그 내용에 대한 세부적인 것에 대하여 아날로그 방식으로 언급한 것이다.
