March 4-7, 2008, Penang
By God's grace, BJM III International Consultaion was held from March 4-7, 2008, in Penang, Malaysia, to follow up on the spirit and working goals set by the previous two Consultations as well as suggest practical action plan for the vision.
The delegates came from churches and mission agencies of China, korea, overseas Chinese and the West. Led by the Holy Spirit, they experinced God's presence in their prayers, fellowship, discussion and sharing. We hereby present the action plan of this consultation with like-minded co-workers and urge that prayer support be given for the back to BJM.

vision
In history, we see the Holy Spirit moving many people to preach the gospel westward from Jerusalem via Judah, Samaria, Antioch to Europe to America and to
Asia entering China via Silk Road to Jerusalem. planting churches along the way.
Mission
Led by the Holy Spirit, we commit ourselves to this vision in collaboration with churches and mission agencies wordwide to fulfill the mission of BJM, giving to God the Father and Jesus Christ.
Action
As a result of this conference, we have decided to establish a netmorking centre for BJM and set up four follow-up groups to promote the following ministries:
Mobilization and Recruitment
We will cautiously mobilize and recuruit brothers and sisters who have been moved by the Holy Spirit to dedicate themselves for the work of BJM through word of mouth, meetings, liturature, multimedia and websites among churches and Christian groups.
Pre-field training
We affirm the importance of pre-field training for cross-cultural missionaries, we will establish BJM mission training institutes in China, Asia and other countries. Thanks be to God, in this consultation, five mission schools in China, one in Korea and two seminaries in Asia have expressed their willingness to train BJM missionaries.
Sending
We will send out missionaries in an organized manner to carry out mission work in the BJM region, planting mission-minded churches. We thanks God that during the consultation, the Korean mission organization has pledged to work closely with the mainland and overseas Chinese Churches to send out BJM missionaries. Delegates from mainland Chinese churches have also requested assistance of overseas mission organizations in establishing mission agencies in China.
Field partnership
We hope that through the cooperation of Chinese, Korean, overseas Chinese and Western mission organizations, and the collaboration with the missionaries and professionals of various regious, to set up receiving centers or mid-way stations providing care, counseling and assistence to the new missionaries in order to reduce their cultural shock, and the attrition rate so that can serve effectively. Praise the Lord that 12 missions organizations have agreed to be field partners.
Conclusion
To realize the vision of BJM, we have decided to hold the BJM IV Internationa Consultation two yeras later. By fathh and with the grace and mercy of Christ, we will serve humbly as servants in anticipation that the action plans will bare good fruits for BJM as we see lives transformed when nations and people groups turn to the Lord.
May God's promise to the descendants of Ishmael and Isac be fulfiled soon.
