ÀåºÎ¿µ  2009-08-28 23:06:34, Á¶È¸ : 3,260

Prioritize assignments.

(1) When studying or working, get in the habit of beginning with the most difficult subject or task.

(2) For more difficult courses of study or work, try to be flexible in your approach to success.

(3) Build in ¡°reaction time¡± when you can get feedback on assignments before they are due.

(4) Achieve ¡°stage one¡±—get something done.

(5) Don¡¯t work the details until your assignment or work concept is fully developed.

(6) ¡°Perfection is the enemy of good¡±, especially in the course of beginning an assignment or work.

(7) Given that you build in review, roughly draft your idea and proceed from there.

(8) Postpone tasks or routines that can be put off until the work is finished

(9) Eliminate, delegate or delay non-essential tasks as part of prioritizing.

(10) Develop alternative study or work places free from distractions to maximize concentration.

(11) Use your ¡°free¡± time wisely

(12) Think of times when you can study, read, meditate, or pray \"bits\" as when walking, driving or riding the bus, etc.

Effective aids:

(1) Create a simple \"To Do\" list.

(2) This simple program will help you identify a few items, the reason for doing them, a timeline for getting them done, and then printing this simple list and posting it for reminders.

(3) Daily/weekly/monthly/yearly planner.

(4) Write down appointments, classes, and meetings on a chronological log book or chart.

(5) If you are more visual, sketch out your schedule.

(6) First thing in the morning, check what's ahead for the day always go to sleep knowing you're prepared for tomorrow.

(7) Long term planner (yearly over)

(8) Use a monthly chart so that you can plan ahead.

(9) Long term planners will also serve as a reminder to constructively plan time for yourself
